BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-079 be received and that By- law 2025-34, being a by-law to amend By-law 38-09 to rezone the lot legally described as Part of lot 17, Concession 1, being Part 2 on Reference Plan 14R6437, in the Geographic Township of Lancaster, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry, located on Fernwood Drive (PIN 671360646) from Provincially Significant Wetland (PSW) and Flood Plain Holding (FP-H) to Provincially Significant Wetland (PSW), Flood Plain and Residential One - Exception Twenty-Three (R1- 23) to permit a single detached dwelling to be developed within 15 metres of the PSW boundary to the south,10 metres to the north, 5 metres to the east and 3.3 metres to the west and to reduce the Watercourse (fish habitat) setback from 30 metres to 15 metres, be read a first, second and third time, passed, signed and sealed in open Council this 14 th day of July 2025. The Council of the Township of South Glengarry confirms that there were no comments from the public received and therefore there were no effects on the decision.
