BE IT RESOLVED THAT the February 10th, 2025 Council Meeting of the Township of South Glengarry now be opened at 6:30 pm

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Township of South Glengarry approve the agenda as amended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the following meeting be adopted as circulated: - Previous Meeting Minutes: February 3rd, 2025

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-012 be received and that the Council of the Township of South Glengarry waive the Smithfield Park Building rental fee for the Lancaster Optimist Club for three events, at a total waived value of $150.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-013 be received and Council directs Administration to submit a funding application for the Smithfield Park pathway through the Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Fund.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-015 be received and that the Council of the Township of South Glengarry receive the 2024 Internal and External Audit Summaries of the Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) and acknowledge the documented Audit Findings.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-016 be received and that the Council of the Township of South Glengarry award RFP 2025-02 for Professional Services for the Third Line Bridge Rehabilitation (structure 30054) to Keystone Bridge Management in accordance with their submission in the amount of $32,305.00 excluding HST and furthermore that the General Manager of Infrastructure Services be authorized to sign all relevant documents.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-017 be received and that the Council of the Township of South Glengarry recommend to the United Counties of SDG Director of Planning and Economic Development Services to issue Draft Plan Approval to the Kissan Development Industrial Subdivision, file number 01-SG-S-2024, subject to the conditions as requested by the Township located in Appendix A of Staff Report 2025- 017, for the lands legally described as Part of Lots 13 and 14, Concession 2 Front, in the geographic Township of Charlottenburgh, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry, located on the north east corner of County Road 27, Airport Road and Highway 401, in part, also known as 19185 Airport Road.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Staff Report 2025-018 be received and that By- law 2025-06, being a by-law to amend By-law 38-09 to rezone the properties legally described as Part of Lots 13 and 14, Concession 2 Front, being Parts 10, 11, 13, and 15 on RP 14R1373 and Part 1 on 14R830 in the Geographic Township of Charlottenburgh, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry and West part of lot 12 and east part of lot 13, Concession 2 Front, in the geographic Township of Charlottenburgh, now in the Township of South Glengarry, County of Glengarry to Light Industrial - Exception 6 be read a first, second and third time, passed signed and sealed in open council this 10th day of February 2025.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council accepts the items listed on the Consent Agenda.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 2025-07, being a by-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution be read a first, second and third time, passed, signed and sealed in open council this 10th day of February, 2025.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Township of South Glengarry adjourn to the call of the chair at 7:26 pm.
